At Feliz Care Centers, our mission is to provide high-quality medical care to patients and families in Maricopa County. We offer a wide range of services, including medication management, diabetes care, family planning, hypertension, testosterone management, patient referrals, and much more. We even offer a sliding fee schedule if needed. Our primary care medical practice serves the healthcare needs of families in Phoenix and Mesa.“We offer discounted fees for those patients who qualify and will not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, inability to pay, national origin, and/or disability.”

Jose Francisco Carrazco, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Carrazco has been practicing pediatrics for almost 40 years and founded Happy Kids Pediatrics in 1999 with his wife, Eva Carrazco. He is board certified, has served on the board of pediatrics for Chandler Regional Hospital, and was the director of the pediatric intensive care unit at Saint Mary’s Medical Center and Tri-City Medical Center. He completed his medical training at the prestigious Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico. His residency was completed at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Carrazco also specializes in pediatric pulmonology and critical care and completed his training at the University of CA, Irvine, and Long Beach Memorial Medical Centers in Long Beach, CA.
Dr. Carrazco is extremely passionate and committed to his patients and their health and betterment. He strives to serve the community and its individuals by giving them personalized, high-quality care. Dr. Carrazco aims to build relationships with his patients, of all backgrounds, treat, heal, and educate. He has also served as a medical expert on several news outlets including Capsula de Salud on Univision and Telemundo, as well as on radio shows on La Campesina and Power 98.3. There, he graciously answers callers’ questions and is also featured in addressing larger medical concerns, such as outbreaks or common medical emergencies. Dr. Carrazco and his staff at Happy Kids Pediatrics are also frequently involved in health fairs and outreach to educate patients and their parents.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his family, including his children and grandchildren. Dr. Carrazco recently started Feliz Care Centers in September 2018 to serve a broader community and better satisfy continuity of care for existing patients and also take care of new patients. He also enjoys the occasional motorcycle ride and a round of golf.
Dr. Christopher Labban, DO
Chief Medical Director
Family Physician, Primary Care Doctor
Dr. Labban has over 30 years of experience in the medical field, primarily in family medicine and physiatry along with being a medical director for several organizations in Arizona and New York State. He also served as the Arizona Regional Vice President for physician operations and Medical Director for a national healthcare system.
He is a graduate of Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Surgery in 1989 and he is a veteran of the US Army, having served for 16 years, along with serving in the National Health Service Corps for 4 years. He is a past President of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association and an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Arizona and Arizona State University.
Presently, in addition to working with Feliz Family Care, he volunteers with the National Ski Patrol at Sunrise Park Resort, carrying out Alpine Patrol duties which include mountain rescue.

Nabor Rios M., M.S., PA-C
Nabor Rios has been a practicing pediatrics for 19 years and is passionate about his work. He is a caring and thoughtful practitioner who is committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and believes in building a good rapport with every single patient he meets. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and is a fervent Wildcat fan. He received his master’s degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000.
Nabor’s dedication to making lasting connections and having a positive influence goes beyond his work in pediatrics. Giving back to the community by being involved with organizations such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters, where he is a Big Brother, is also of utmost importance to him. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and mountain biking, loves traveling, and is currently in the process of getting his private pilot’s license.
Angelina Canjura, CPNP
Angelina Canjura is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career after graduating from Gateway Community College with her associate degree in nursing. Angelina has worked as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery at Banner Desert Medical Center for 12 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014, both from Grand Canyon University. She is also actively involved with AANP.
During her time at Banner Desert, Angelina had the pleasure of working with patients and their families, along with amazing doctors. On the personal side, Angelina loves to teach, and enjoys taking new students under her wing and being a mentor. An Arizona Diamondbacks fan, she enjoys watching professional baseball. Her other interests include playing with her 4 dogs and exploring the state with her husband.
